Selection Process in UPSEE 2015
Candidates would be admitted to colleges
as per their marks in the exam and thereafter their rank. Higher the
rank, lower the chances of getting admission into the desired course and
college.
Eligibility Criteria for UPSEE 2015
Before proceeding to apply for the exam,
candidates must read the UPSEE 2015 Eligibility Criteria to see if they
able to participate in the exam or not. Following are the terms:
- A candidate must have passed class XII exam from a recognized state or national education board.
- He must have a minimum score of 45% (general) which is 40% for SC/ST candidates.
- He must have physics and math as compulsory subjects with any of the Chemistry or Bio-Technology or Biology as optional.
UPSEE 2015 Application Form
To apply for the exam, candidates have
to submit an application form. The form can be filled in either offline
mode or online mode. UPSEE 2015 Application Form requires providing
information about personal details, educational qualification,
communication address and number. Two modes are here as follows:
- Online: Access official UPTU website, fill the form and send the final confirmation page to the university.
- Offline: Visit any UPTU help desk center, fill the application form and send the confirmation page to the university.

UPSEE 2015 Application Fees
- General and OBC category: Rs.1000
- SC/ST Applicants/Women applicants: Rs.500.
- You can pay the fees via PNB Challan or credit/debit card.
Admit Card of UPSEE 2015
Candidates would be sent the UPSEE 2015
Hall Ticket via post. Additionally, it will be put up for download on
the official website of UPTU. It is necessary to bring the hall ticket
to the exam center to gain entry and attempt the exam. Also, it is
suggested to keep it safe till the admission process ends.
Exam Pattern of UPSEE 2015
Every candidate must read the exam pattern to know the various features of exam and question paper. Following is the UPSEE 2015 Exam Pattern for candidates to read:
- Total number of questions in the exam – 150.
- Questions shall be asked from Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics.
- Equal weightage to each section/subject.
- Candidates interested in Biotech Engineering have to attempt Paper 2.
- 4 marks shall be given for correct answer.
- No negative marking.
